Aber wer die Formel kontrolliert, kontrolliert die Erz\u00e4hlung. \u00a0Wo fr\u00fcher das Wort Gottes galt, steht heute die Statistik eines Instituts. Zahlen sind der neue s\u00e4kulare Ersatz f\u00fcr Offenbarung \u2013 wer sie hat, besitzt die <a title=\"Deutungshoheit\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessvillage.de\/deutungshoheit\/eb-1097.html\" class=\"wpil_keyword_link\">Deutungshoheit<\/a>. Doch Zahlen sind nicht die Wahrheit. Sie sind die Leinwand. Das Framing bestimmt das Bild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahlen sind faszinierend. Der Durchschnitt, ein Median, die Mehrheit. Das klingt gut, plausibel. Das wird schon stimmen. Wer kennt sie nicht? Die Zahl 97%. Woher kommt diese \u00fcberragende Mehrheit von 97%? Nehmen wir eine Befragung von 12.000 Wissenschaftlern eines Faches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>63 % sind unentschlossen (weder A noch B).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 % sind f\u00fcr A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 % ist f\u00fcr B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Klingt nach einem unklaren Bild, oder? Nicht f\u00fcr einen Profi im \u00bbMeinungs-Design\u00ab. Man l\u00e4sst die Unentschlossenen einfach weg. Das nennt man wissenschaftlich \u00bbBereinigung der Datenbasis\u00ab. Pl\u00f6tzlich entsprechen die 37 % (A+B) der neuen Grundgesamtheit von 100 %. Das Ergebnis: \u00bb\u00dcberw\u00e4ltigende Mehrheit von 97 % f\u00fcr A!\u00ab Die methodische Isolierung der Mehrheit ist perfekt. Katzen w\u00fcrden Wiskas kaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Werkzeugkasten der T\u00e4uschung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Pr\u00e4zisions-Paradoxon: Wenn knapp gewonnen zum uneinholbaren Vorsprung wird waren die Designer am Werk. Aus wissenschaftlichen aber schwachen 50,14% werden mehr als die H\u00e4lfte. Oder man benutzt Zahlen als Scheingenauigkeit um \u00fcber eine schwache Datenbasis hinwegzut\u00e4uschen. Doch die zweite Nachkommastelle rettet eine verbogene Wahrheit vor dem aufmerksamen Betrachter nicht.<br><br>Die Durchschnittsfalle: Ein Milliard\u00e4r geht in eine Kneipe mit 49 armen Schluckern. Statistisch ist jeder in diesem Raum ist ein \u00bbdurchschnittlicher\u00ab Multimillion\u00e4r . Die Realit\u00e4t? Immer noch 49 arme Schlucker. Der Median l\u00e4ge bei Null, aber der Durchschnitt \u00bbframed\u00ab den Erfolg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relativ vs. Absolut: \u00bbDas Risiko steigt um 100 %!\u00ab klingt nach Panik. Dass es faktisch nur von 1 auf 2 Personen pro Million stieg, verschweigt der Frame gerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cherry-Picking: Der Startpunkt der Grafik bestimmt die Wahrheit. M\u00f6chte man Wirtschaftswachstum zeigen, beginnt man die Grafik am Tiefpunkt einer Rezession. M\u00f6chte man Krisenstimmung erzeugen, beginnt man am historischen Allzeithoch. Durch das Abschneiden der Vorgeschichte &#8211; den Kontext &#8211; wird eine kurzfristige Fluktuation als langfristiges Gesetz verkauft.<br><br>Unser Gehirn schaltet bei Tabellen und Kuchendiagrammen oft in den \u00bbAkzeptanz-Modus\u00ab. W\u00e4hrend wir bei Worten sofort nach der politischen Agenda suchen, betrachten wir Mathematik als objektive Schiedsrichterin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wissenschaft ist wichtig.
